Great to be back at the Kendal Mountain Film Festival to highlight the essentials of basic mountain safety for all those hitting the slopes this winter; adults and especially children. Star of the talk is always the Faithful Fjord and his never ending search for his favourite tuggy toy! Thank you www.kevinmoran.co.uk for such great action photos.

Introduction into Snow Safety Awareness for the NSSA - sadly Fjord could not attend due to his operation but there was good participation and some great motivated young people stayed on for the workshop to try out the avalanche beacons and Recco.
Thank you Millie at www.morrisandplumley.co.uk for helping Fjord get through his sock fettish. You are a star... He'll miss the cuddles! A great success once again, spreading the snow safety message amongst the festival goers - Fjord was such a star, so tolerant.... https://skiandsnowboard.co.uk Thank you to the expertise of Liz and her team @Highgate Vets, https://www.highgatevets.com
For doing the job! And keeping Fjord comfortable, he's not too sure about the cone of shame! Mount Battersea, a 50ft real-snow kicker, will be erected once again in Battersea Park CREDIT: JAMES NORTH
Waiting in anticipation for the Alpine London Show to start - Fjord the working dog might even get a bath for the occasion .... stroking a silky dog is always a better option! Come and get a sneak preview. |
